Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of feeling where someone states the results of the comparison received with what is expected. Customer satisfaction can be influenced by Islamic work ethics, service quality, and facilities. This research is a quantitative research. This research technique was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Nganjuk customers. The results showed that partially Islamic work ethics and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Nganjuk, but the service quality variable partially had a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Nganjuk. In addition, based on the F test, the variables of Islamic work ethics, service quality, and facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Nganjuk.
