ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA PAUD DALAM MENIGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI RA DARUSALLAM

Abstract

The principal's leadership style in leading will have an impact on teacher performance. Therefore, the leadership style used must be appropriate to the environmental conditions. This study aims to: 1. describe the leadership style used by the principal at RA Darusallam Pucanganom Kebonsari Madiun, 2. describe the teacher's performance at RA Darusallam, 3. describe the relevant leadership style in improving teacher performance at RA Darusallam. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn: 1. Leadership style used by the principal at RA Darusallam Pucanganom Kebonsari Madiun, 2. Teacher performance at RA Darusallam 3. Relevant leadership style in improving teacher performance at RA Darusallam.
