UPAYA TENAGA PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LAYANAN PAUD TERHADAP KREATIVITAS ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

Creativity is the ability to create or new ideas based on experiences, insights, relationships with other people. The existence of creativity in children to be achieved optimally, there must be facilities for an educational service. So we need good and quality educators. This study aims to gain new knowledge and explore the efforts of educators in improving the quality of PAUD services for early childhood creativity. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Thus there is: 1) The efforts of educators in improving the quality of PAUD services are by providing options and providing remedial learning for students, developing effective, attractive, comfortable, and safe class organizations, creating collaboration, freeing students in the learning and learning planning process, developing learning process, and learning and learning evaluation system. 2) The efforts of educators in developing early childhood creativity are by: providing motivation, educators as facilitators and as role models for students.
