PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF ANAK USIA DINI MENURUT STTPA USIA 0-6 TAHUN

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive development is a thinking process, namely the individual's ability to connect events and events. This is in accordance with Gagne's opinion in Darsinah: 2011, that cognitive is a process that occurs internally in the nervous system when humans think. The mind is the thinking part of the brain, the part that is used for understanding, reasoning, knowledge and understanding, the development of the mind. STPPA is a reference used in developing the PAUD curriculum in which there is cognitive development at ages 0 - 6 in paragraph 1, namely: children are able to solve simple problems in everyday life in a flexible and socially accepted way and can apply knowledge and experience in new context, children are able to think logically including several differences, classify patterns, take initiative, plan, and recognize cause and effect and also children can think symbolically, including the ability to recognize, name, and use the concept of numbers, recognize letters, and be able to present various objects and his imagination in the form of images.
