IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN GIZI MELALUI HOLISTK INTEGRATIF DI LEMBAGA PAUD

Abstract

The first and most important basic need of early childhood is the need for nutritional intake because it is used to support early childhood growth and development. Optimizing growth and development in early childhood depends on the fulfillment of three pillars of service, namely nutritional intake services, health services and psychosocial stimulation services. The research method used in this article is library research or literature research using information from various relevant literature sources such as books and articles in scientific journals. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutrition education program in holistic integrated-based early childhood education and the concept of nutrition education in PAUD institutions. The results of this study show that nutrition education is not only about transferring knowledge, information or skills, but more than that, nutrition education must be able to make changes, growth, or development in terms of eating habits or other nutrition and food related habits. In line with holistic and integrative ECD, nutrition education needs to be organized with the collaboration of various parties to improve the quality and quality of ECD institutions in providing health and nutrition services for AUD.
