Abstract

A balanced nutritional intake is needed by the human body. Nutritional intake is food that must be entered into the body in an adequate and nutritious manner (4 healthy 5 perfect) so that the balanced food will then enter the body and have an impact on the survival of a child. When nutritional intake is met, the child's development will also develop well, especially the child's gross motor development. Providing healthy nutrition is recommended to start from an early age. This is to help develop the growth of brain cells in children since they were babies. The benefits of the best nutritional intake for children include maintaining and maintaining health. Nutrition is closely related to health and improving the quality of life. Good nutrition can help optimize body function, prevent and help treat disease.
