PENTINGNYA HAKIKAT PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PADA ANAK USIA DINI
Abstract
Your abstract In preparing and developing the PAUD unit level curriculum (KTSP PAUD), each PAUD institution must pay attention to national education standards, especially education standards for early childhood. Our aim in writing the following article is to increase the understanding of all parties, and to help provide new information which can also be used as new knowledge for all who read this work. The method we carried out in this research was to use a qualitative method, a method which in its preparation used data information with various findings that we collected which referred to the appropriate topic. In collecting this data, we used a library research method which collects data from various literary sources where the information and data can be accepted by readers. Understanding PAUD Curriculum Development The definition of curriculum in the Indonesian dictionary is a series of subjects taught in educational institutions. The term curriculum comes from the Latin word "curriculum". Therefore, the curriculum is a period of education that students must go through to obtain a diploma. Meanwhile, the essence of the curriculum is a reference for an institution to shape the image and rules of the school to realize the ideals and goals that have been designed. According to Schubert, the curriculum consists of a series of subjects, a program of planned learning activities, expected learning outcomes, cultural reproduction, and the development of life skills.
