Abstract

In an educational institution, of course, there is a curriculum that is used to determine the learning process and content that will be delivered to a student. Curriculum development is the most important part in improving the quality of learning. The curriculum is an organized framework that describes the content, the learning process to help children achieve curriculum goals, what teachers do to help children achieve goals, and the context in which teaching and learning occurs. As we know, the curriculum in Indonesia often changes, this makes an institution have to adapt. Like the curriculum currently used at the RA Muslimat 016 Mayak institution, here the researcher wants to know what curriculum is used and how to apply it in learning. In this research the researcher used qualitative research. After conducting this research, the researcher obtained the result that the curriculum used in learning at RA Muslimat 016 Mayak used the independent curriculum. Even though this independent curriculum is considered new, this institution has been able to implement this independent curriculum well.
