TELAAH SURAH AL-HASYR AYAT 7: KONSEP PENGELOLAAN KOPERASI PESANTREN UNTUK KESEJAHTERAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the application of the concept of surah al-hasyr verse 7 in the management of pesantren boarding cooperatives. Cooperative pesantren can actually become the spearhead in the growth and development of economic prosperity of the community, of course with the support of good management and professional. This research is a qualitative research that is more geared to understand social phenomena from the perspective of participants by using theoretical study approach and empirical studies. The results of this study indicate that the maximum economic welfare of society is not, because the pesantren cooperative has not been plenary in applying the concept of economic prosperity that is taught by the al-Qur’an. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentangpenerapankonsep surah al-hasyrayat 7 dalampengelolaan koperasi pondok pesantren. Koperasi pondokpesantren sejatinya bisa menjadi ujung tombak dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, tentunya dengan dukungan manajemen yang baik dan profesional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang lebih diarahkan untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena sosial dari perspektif partisipan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi teoritis dan studi empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum maksimalnya, kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dikarenakankoperasi pesantren belum paripurna dalam menerapkan konsep kesejahteraan ekonomi yang diajarkan al-Quran.
